Kay L. (Pitman) Manns

Kay L Manns, 63, of Canton passed away in her home, Wednesday, November 28, 2024, after an extended illness. She was born, August 4, 1961 to Loyd and Joy (Lamb) Pitman. 

She is survived by a daughter, Kerri Hamel, of Canton; a son, Steven Lyles (Mackenzie) of Jerseyville; her sisters Kathy Pitman of Greenfield and Karen (Don) Stayton of Waverly. Kay had 3 grandchildren, 3 nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

Kay was proceeded in death by her parents Loyd and Joy Pitman.

Kay was an avid collector of antiques. She also enjoyed drawing, coloring, and painting. She also enjoyed word search puzzles.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 3, at 11 am, at the Shields-Bishop Funeral Home in Greenfield.  There will be no visitation. Burial will follow at the Oak Wood Cemetery north of Greenfield.  Memorials are requested to the Art Department at the Greenfield Elementary School, 115 Prairie Street, Greenfield, Illinois 62044.  Please leave a memory or condolence at shields-bishopfh.com
