Lori Mae (Camden) Peters

Lori Mae Peters, 58, of Wrights, passed away, Monday, November 18, 2024, at Boyd Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.  She was born September 21, 1966, in Ogden, Utah, to Edgar N. and Effie N. (Sessions) Camden.

Surviving is her partner, Marty Holder of Wrights, her daughters, Tasha Peters of Coatsburg, IL., Heather Holder of Carlinville, her son, Bradley (Dwan) Peters of Wrights, her great-grandson, Jonah Peters, her sister, Wanda Jean Schofield and her brother William Camden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Sherri Selman, Ken Camden and Ray Camden.

Lori was a 1984 graduate of Greenfield High School.  She was a cook at the West Side restaurant for many years and also worked for Community Care, where she cared for many people.

Cremation rites will be accorded, and a memorial service will be held, Tuesday, November 26, at 11 am, at the Shields-Bishop Funeral Home in Greenfield.  Visitation will be from 10 am until time of memorial service. A private family interment will take place at the Carrollton City Cemetery following the services.
