Mary Gladys Frank, 88, of Greenfield, died Tuesday, March 6, at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield. She was born November 4, 1929 in Hillview to George W. and Lucille (Henson) Mast. She married George Wesley Frank December 17, 1947 and he preceded her in death March 12, 2010.
Surviving is a daughter, Kathy Elliott of Greenfield, a son Paul (Rose) Frank of Hartley, Del., three grandchildren, Michelle Edwards, Shannon (Eric) Mihalyi, and Jonah Elliott, four great-grandchildren, a sister Doreen (Robert) Wear of Hillview, and a brother, George Delbert Mast of Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one brother, Roger.
Mary was a member of the Bethlehem Tabernacle Church in Greenfield. She worked as a nurse's aid at Passavant Hospital for many years and the Color Craft Photo Lab also in Jacksonville. She loved to cook and take pictures.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 10 from 10 am until time of funeral service at noon at the Bethlehem Tabernacle Church in Greenfield. Burial will follow at the Pine Tree Cemetery near Patterson.
