Myron W. Roberts

Myron W. Roberts, 64, of Wrights, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025 at St. Mary’s hospital in Centralia, Illinois. He was born April 4, 1961, in St. Louis to Delmar and Loretta (Loy) Roberts.

He is survived by a brother, Kevin Roberts of Wrights, a niece, Loretta Roberts, two nephews, Dathan and Devin Roberts, and two aunts, Linda (Joe) Blake and Anna Mae Roberts, both of Greenfield.

Myron was a Registered Nurse and worked for various agencies for the State of Illinois. He enjoyed canning, cooking, refurbishing furniture, but most of all, he loved his family.

A visitation will be held Friday, October 17, from 9 am until time of a funeral service at 10:30 am at the Shields-Bishop Funeral Home in Greenfield. Burial will follow at the Kane Cemetery near Kane.  Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.  Please leave a memory or condolence at shields-bishopfh.com.
