Newt Levi Custer

Newt Levi Custer, one week old son of Tate & Justine (Lashbrook) Custer, of Greenfield, joined the angels Saturday, September 23 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Lily May Custer, Grandparents, Todd and LaShelle Custer, Greg (Alex) Lashbrook, and Rebecca (friend Phil) Seaman, Great-Grandparents, Sharon Custer, Donald and Carolyn Seaman, and Ronnie and Linda Johnson; Great-Great Grandparents, Betty Johnson, Tom and Betty Loughary, and Don and Linda Looker, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Dave Custer.

Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Friday, September 29 at the Oak Wood Cemetery north of Greenfield.  Memorials are requested to the family to help with medical expenses.  The Shields-Bishop Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of arrangements and online condolences can be left at shields-bishopfh.com.
