Raymond E. "Ray" Meneley

Raymond E. “Ray” Meneley, 67, of Greenfield died Friday, June 20, 2025.  He was born October 9, 1957, the son of Harold E. and Laura (Costello) Meneley.

Surviving are his children Raymond L. Meneley and Keri (Eric) Schroeder, his grandchildren, Damian, Alex and Makayla Meneley, and Rollie, Zachery and Elodie Schroeder, his nieces, Christy, Amanda, and Melissa, and siblings, Harold (Kate) Meneley, Laura (John) Gleckler and Robert (Lori) Meneley.

Ray loved his family and was a devoted father and grandfather.  He never missed a special occasion, especially birthday parties. He loved spending time in the outdoors fishing and spending time with nature, and he was an avid bowler.  He helped remodel the concession stand for the North Greene Little League and was always willing to lend a hand when needed. He was an inspiring soul, full of love and compassion.  He will be missed by those who knew him.

Cremation rites will be accorded, and a private family service will be held at Oak Wood Cemetery at a later date.  Please leave a memory or condolence at shields-bishopfh.com.
