Steven M. "Steve" Costello

Steven M. "Steve" Costello, 59, of Jacksonville died Sunday, June 11, at his home.  He was born February 18, 1964, in Jacksonville to Frank C. and Joan (Hodapp) Costello.

Surviving are his five brothers, Craig of Auburn, Roger of Alexander, Jim of Houston TX., Kent (Brenda) of Meredosia, and Bruce (Cindy) of Carrollton, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Steve was a 1983 graduate of Greenfield High School.  He loved riding horses and watching rodeos, and belonged to the Indian Creek Saddle Club.  He also loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 17, at 10:30 am at the Shields-Bishop Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Oak Wood Cemetery north of Greenfield.  A visitation will be from 9:30 am until time of service.  Memorials are suggested to the Greenfield High School FFA program.
