Virginia F Frank

 Virginia F. Frank, 92, passed away Wednesday, April 12 at Jerseyville Manor in Jerseyville.  She was born February 12, 1925 in Kane to Freeman and Verna (Mains) Frank.

     Surviving is one brother, Freeman (Darlene) Frank of Columbia, Mo. and several nieces and nephews.

     She was preceded in death by a sister, Leona Begemann and four brothers, George, Gordon, Ralph, and Norman.

     Virginia was a member of the Faith Temple United Pentecostal Church in Jerseyville and the Jersey County Home Extension.  She worked in the housekeeping department at Passavant Hospital for many years.  She enjoyed traveling, reading, sewing, and loved cats.

     Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, April 15 at the Kane Cemetery in Kane. Memorials are requested to the family in care of the funeral home.   Shields-Bishop Funeral home in Greenfield is in charge of arrangements and online condolences can be left at shields-bishopfh.com.
